Photos
The most important thing to me is your trust, and in one small way I can provide this is though pictures! I love taking pictures. I will send you as many or as few as you'd like while you're away. I can send texts nightly or at a specified time. Your pet's happiness and you peace of mind is of the utmost importance to me.
Small animals

If I am already taking care of your cat, I will be happy to check on any other small pet as well, free of charge. (Fish, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, gerbils, bearded dragons, birds, hedgehogs, turtles and pet rocks). And although I like snakes I simply cannot feed them another living (or dead, or frozen) animal.
If it is easier for me to keep your cage at my house (for small animals) there would be a minimal charge for my time ($5. per day) They would get lots of play time if needed and they would certainly be loved and taken care of, especially rats!
Chickens

Duchess

Butter and Popcorn
I know a lot of folks in Lexington had chickens but I'm not finding as many chicken owners here in Lynchburg. I didn't know a thing about them before we lived in Lexington. But in the past five years I have learned a lot and, with instructions, I will gladly take care of them as well.
